[[Happy Fri!]]

Haha.. Pics of the vain princess!

2day is a happy day! I only worked half day until 1pm coz i m going to the Chinese Garden wif darling later. My time-off had been approved by my boss so could go off early 2day. Hopefully the weather would b gd, wanna take lots of pics there!

I overslept 2day, was late 4 work. I was supposed to open the centre at 7am but i woke up at 7.10. Was so shocked when i woke up. Haha.. i was tinking how come the sky was bright when i was supposed to wake up at 5 plus. I even tot 2day was wkend, no need to work. I had fallen asleep last nite so didn't set my alarm & darling's alarm was too soft to b heard haha...

In the end, i had to call my boss to say tat i would b late. Had to forgo my shower & breakfast. I reached at 7.55am, luckily auntie & my colleague came early so could stand in 4 a while lol...

Okie gonna take a rest now then shower & get ready later. Going to darling's office to meet him. No work 4 darling & i tomolo so could spend time 2gether. Yeah :) ;)

Went to SGH 2day to visit my auntie. She had an operation a few days ago, would b discharged tomolo. Headed straight 4 home after tat. Darling & i were having a headache so we slp all the way until 7pm then got up 4 shower & dinner. 2day seem to pass by so fast, itz gonna b Mon again. Working at 7am tomolo!

[[In darling's office]]

I m in darling's office now. He is in a meeting wif his colleagues now. They went into the meeting rm since 10.30am. Haha... so now i m free to use darling's laptop. Taking a rest now after doing a bit of my lesson plans. Nothing to do so decided to write some nonsense in my blog lol...

Actually darling & i wan to have our wedding in a chalet this coming Dec. My uncle & auntie helped us to bk since they r working in the government sector, would have discounts. But heard from them last nite tat the days we wan to bk r already taken by others. They tried Aloha & Changi but both fully bk. I tink the days we wan r during the sch holidays as well as near to the Christmas season so in great demand. Really sad tat we cannot get it. Have to search other places now for our wedding. Haiz...

We r going 4 a big feast 2nite. Itz my uncle's 50th birthday celebration at a restaurant. Hehe... i love such occasion as i can dress pretty :)

Darling is bringing me to the Chinese Garden this Fri. We will go there every yr when itz near to the Mid Autumn Festival. Chinese Garden will b very beautiful wif the lightings & characters tat they put up. Can take photos. Have applied 4 time-off this Fri, hopefully will b approved by my boss.

Darling is still at the meeting. I m going to continue wif my lesson plans. Bye... ;)

[[Tks darling, 4 ur love!]]

I m at home now. On MC for 2 days, 2day & tomolo. I m having a high fever & sore throat, my whole body was aching.

I was already not feeling tat well yesterday morning but i still went to work. After i off work yesterday, i went to c a doctor. My temperature had gone up to 39 degrees by the time i reached the clinic. For a moment, i tot i was going to die.

After dinner, i ate my medicine & juz lie down on my bed. I was half dead last nite & i slp very early.

I muz really thank dear 4 taking care of me when i was sick last nite. He woke up many times in the middle of the nite to check on me & to help me to put the towel on my forehead. I guessed he was too tired & he overslept this morning, nearly was late 4 work.

Hopefully i will recover by tomolo & go back to work on Thur. The feeling of falling sick was terrible but i was lucky to have darling by my side to take care of me. I know he will always b there 4 me, in gd times & bad times :)

[[Shopping! Arab St & Bugis!]]

Had a fun time shopping wif dear yesterday. We had KFC 4 lunch & after tat we set off to Arab Street. Had always wanted to go there, finally had the chance yesterday. I was so excited when we got there. Itz the 1st time i went there. Dear said i behaved like a tourist hehe... Heard from my colleague tat they sell really nice & cheap stuffs at Arab Street.

However, many shops r closed yesterday as it is Sunday. Most of the shops open were those selling fabrics & textiles. They were selling like almost the same kind of cloth, was wondering how they survived in their business. There were a few shops selling items from olden days. Wow.. really antique! The souvenir tat we saw at Bangkok r oso on sale in Arab Street but at a much higher price.

I oso wan to go to Arab Street to hunt 4 materials to do my crafts (for selling). Remember my little business "Princess J's Project"? I m constantly on the lookout 4 new ideas. Luckily the shops selling sequins, beads & other miscellaneous items were open 4 business. We went inside to have a look & i found sequins of different designs & colours. I love it so i bought them 4 my crafts.

It suddenly rained when we were abt to leave, we had no umbrella. We went thr the shelter leading to Raffles Hospital. It was still raining so we decided to eat something at "Ya Kun" there. We ate kaya toast, half boiled eggs & coffee. We chit chat until the rain stopped. So relaxed! Hehe..

We went to Bugis Junction to shop ard after tat. We went to the Disney shop. I saw a pair of pink slippers i liked & dear oso saw a polo tee he liked. The polo tee really looked nice on him so i asked him to buy it. He did & he oso bought the slippers 4 me. Tks dear!

We shopped until evening. We bought dinner home to eat. This is how we had a happy Sunday 2gether :) ;)

[[My poor toe!]]

I injured my big toe yesterday at my workplace, so painful! Here goes my story. A boy in my class was coughing badly during nap. As i was afraid he may vomit on his mattress, i quickly carried him to the toilet. B4 we reached the toilet, he suddenly vomited. I was not in time to stop & i slipped on his vomit. I fell & i used my foot to shield the boy from the impact. Thus my toe ended up blue black haha... Nothing happened to the boy. He was shocked i guess. The back of my skirt was oso partially stained wif vomit. I had to wash it. Luckily i off work early yesterday.

My toe was bruised & swollen when i got home. I was walking wif a limp last nite. Dear applied zambak on my toe & helped me to rub. I was crying wif pain. I oso put ice on the swollen part. Luckily it was not so painful & swollen when i woke up this morning.

No more limping 2day. I oso could not afford to walk wif a limp coz 2day was my centre's excursion day. We brought the children to the Omni Theatre to watch the 3D show "Deep Sea". I love going 4 excursion wif the children though itz tiring! I could still remember when i was young, my teachers brought me 4 excursions & i would b so happy. Now itz my turn as a teacher to bring the little ones 4 excursions!

Could still remember the happy & excited look on my children's faces when i went to work this morning. They love excursions because they could travel in a bus. They love to talk abt the scenery & ask me questions along the way hehe...

The twins in my class were quite timid in the theatre. I had to carry 1 on my lap while the other 1 sat beside me. Although he was sitting juz beside me, he was covering his eyes throughout the show. He said he was scared. I kept persuading him to open his eyes. He did but he closed his eyes again after a short while. There's oso a boy in my class who fell asleep halfway thru the show haha... The rest of my children were watching the show. Afterall, it was a fun trip.

The wkend is going to b here. No work 4 me tomolo so i will accompany dear to his office. In a happy mood now :)

[[Happy bdae darling!]]

I m back home! Went out the whole day wif dear to celebrate his birthday. We set off at 11 plus in the morning & came back at abt 8.45pm. We had an international buffet lunch at Suki Sakura. It had been a long time since we ate so much hehe... We oso took some photos at the restaurant.

After lunch, we headed off to Plaza Singapura to shop ard. Spent most of our time at Spotlight. So much nice DIY stuffs over there! We didn't eat our dinner coz we were still full. Bought a few things. A black & pink beads necklace, some cosmetics & a book. Muz b wondering y i suddenly bought a book? Saw it at the Carrefour book fair. The content was interesting so decided to buy it. We oso took photo cards which is something we would always do on special occasions.

Happy birthday to my dear dear! May all ur sweetest dreams come true! I love u very much, more than words can say! I bought a bottle of perfume and hand made a card 4 him. Hope he would like the present tat i gave. My mother & father oso gave him an ang bao.

I did the card at my workplace. Tat was the only place i could do the card without him knowing hehe.. After work, i placed the card in a secret place in our car. When the clock striked 12 midnite yesterday, i asked dear if he could go down to the car & get something which i had 4gotten to bring up. He did & he found the card! Itz a little surprise tat i gave him.

[[2 more hrs to dear's bdae!]]

Received this beautiful "Forever Friends" gift from a cute little indian boy from nursery. Itz a belated Teacher's Day present from him. I m surprised to get a gift from him as i m not even his form teacher, neither do i teach him. I really treasure every gift tat the children gave.

I m on leave tomolo, so happy! Itz darling's birthday tomolo! 2 more hrs! He is oso not working. I will always take leave on 5th Sep every yr without fail to celebrate 2gether wif him. Okie shall update abt his birthday when i come back home tomolo. Byeeee....

[[Itz my day :>]]

Itz Teacher's Day 2day! Happy Teacher's Day to all the teachers out there! We had a party in our centre & there was so much food to eat. Received presents too! The children & their parents r so thoughtful, really touched! Would always remember the cute look my children gave me when they passed the presents to me in class ;)

I received a letter from boss yesterday, stating tat i would have an increment wif effect from Sep. Many of my colleagues got the increment too. Itz a nice Teacher's Day gift 4 all of us. So happy to get a pay rise :)

2day is oso my mummy's birthday! Happy birthday to her! Dear & i gave her a present, she liked it! Would b treating her to jap food on Sunday.
